You can go to the website and nominate friend's blogs or even your own blog. There are catagories that include best animal blogger, best blog design, best sports blog, best shopping blog, etc. You can nominate as many blogs as you want. You can vote and comment on more than one blog, only one blog per catagory, though.
If your blog happens to be one of the ones that was nominated in any catagory, they even have a "brag badge" that you can post on your blog.
