Wrapped Presents

I started getting some wrapped and put under the tree. I wrapped Baby Christians, and a few other baby presents for 2 other babys. Have to get my moms wrapped and sent out soon, I have to send it to Oregon, so it will take a bit to get there. My other 2 boys will be leaving in on Dec 16th to go spend Christmas with their dad in Des Moines, so I will wrap theirs then, as we will be celebrating Christmas on the 26th. I have to go 3 1/2 hours away to get them to a halfway point. UGH!!! I hate driving that long. Anyway, it's a start to the present wrapping this year.

Tree is Up!!

I put the tree up just a bit ago, along with all the outside decorations and inside ones. The baby is loving looking at the lights, I knew he would. I wish the tree looked better then it does, it doesn't look real, but it will do for awhile. I just got last year, the one I wanted was Martha Stewart one, and I got 2 and the pre lite tree didn't work, so I took it back to get one at Menards, and this one doesn't look as a good. Oh well, I guess the kids like it that's the main thing.

Black Friday!

I'm so not getting out today. I can't stand the crowds, the stalking for parking spots, that's crazy! Then you get into the store and you're fighting over carts. NO THANK YOU!! I know the sales are great and all, but I would lose my sanity if I went to a black Friday sale. I had to work in retail one year on this day, that was a big pain in the butt. I'm just staying home, and relaxing from Thanksgiving. To all those that go out on Black Friday you are more braver then I. HAPPY BLACK FRIDAY!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

The smell of turkey, and stuffing is about to take hold in my house. The smell is so yummy!! I'm still not done cooking, will do more after I watch the Macy's Parade. We are having of course turkey, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, homemade macaroni salad, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, a veggie, and rolls. Desserts are pecan pie and pumpkin. Have a wonderful Gobble Day!!

Christmas Tree and Decorations.

Looks like we will be putting the tree and decorations up this weekend. The 1st weekend in Dec, is my normal time to get things up. My tree doesn't have a theme on it. I put so many different kinds of ornaments on it, and garland. I think it looks good...lol. My almost 6th month old, will just love seeing those lights. I can't wait to see his face light up, that's what Christmas is about.

Hello!

Well I might as well jump on the band wagon and get a blog started. I have seen so many people with blogs, so I thought I would try it.
I have been married since 2002. I have 3 boys, 11, 9 and 5 months. They keep me on my toes. I'm a stay at home mom, and I love it!!
I like to do crafts and play on the computer along with playing some video games when I can.
That's about it for me, plain and simple :)
